Returns

- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Personalized & Custom Orders
Because many LGCY products are handcrafted and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Custom engraved plaques
- Personalized messages
- Special custom orders
- Limited edition products made specifically for a customer

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return request is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
